Elektroniczna skrzynka podawcza pozwala na dor\u0119czanie do instytucji pism podpisanych bezpiecznym podpisem elektronicznym lub profilem zaufanym w spos\u00f3b zapewniaj\u0105cy otrzymanie urz\u0119dowego po\u015bwiadczenia przed\u0142o\u017cenia (UPP). UPP jest dowodem dor\u0119czenia pisma, a widniej\u0105ca na nim data stanowi dat\u0119 dor\u0119czenia.<\/p>\n
